About the Conference

The Bristol Law Conference is an annual, student-led event open to students, staff and the public as a platform for critical engagement with a topical area of law.
Every year, the conference invites leading speakers in across various fields to share their experiences and insights on the changes to the legal industry, providing valuable exposure to a breath of issues within the evolving legal landscape.
Past conference topics have included 'Privacy and Security in the Fight against Terror' and 'untangling Britain from the EU', with distinguished speakers including Baroness Hale, Lord Evans, Lord Hunt, Sir Malcolm Rifkind, Lord Toulson, Lord Kerr and Sam Stein QC.
